Top Medical Research Studies

We examined the effects of vitamin B12 injections, combined with folic acid, on 38 patients with myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), also known as chronic fatigue syndrome.

Participants were split into "Good" and "Mild" responders based on their improvement. Good responders reported greater progress with more frequent injections and higher doses of both supplements.

However, for Mild responders, the improvement was limited, suggesting that while there is potential for benefit, the response can vary widely among individuals. Overall, further investigation is needed to explore optimal treatment strategies.

The bright yellow capsules are large but easy to swallow. After taking them for two months, I experienced increased energy, reduced irritability, and less mood fluctuation, which greatly helped with my chronic fatigue syndrome. I felt more strength to engage in activities and noticed a gradual improvement in my overall mood. It's important to take a break of six months after a two-month course.

Lack of effectiveness

I’ve dealt with chronic fatigue syndrome and body tension for a long time. Despite taking various vitamin B supplements, I haven’t found them to be effective for muscular fatigue.
